Methods of access

To have blood tests, it is mandatory to present a health card and a valid identity document. For minors it is also mandatory to present the minor’s health card and a valid identity document of the accompanying parent or guardian

Blood tests without reservation

• At the entrance of the Institute, take the number from the numerator

• Wait for the receptionist to call to fill in the folder

• Wait for the pick-up call

 

Fasting is required from the night before.

Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 10:30 am

 

Saturday 7:30 am – 10:00 am

 

COVID 19 How to access services

• Entrance must always be wearing a protective mask

• The entry of carers is not allowed, except in cases of frail patients, cases of disability or a minor patient.

• Access is attended by the staff in charge. Your body temperature will be detected (this procedure takes place in compliance with the privacy regulations). In case of temperatures above 37.5, access to the structure will not be allowed.

• One of our operators will invite you to sanitize your hands with alcoholic gel.

• To protect your health and that of others, you will be asked to maintain a minimum interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter.

Home Blood tests

The Institute performs blood tests with home withdrawal, only by telephone reservation.

Delivery times for reports

• For blood test reports usually on the working day following the collection

• Delivery of the report within the day

• For cultural tests about 4 working days

• For non-routine examinations, the delivery date is indicated at the time of acceptance or communicated by telephone.

• Upon authorization of the customer, delivery can be made by e-mail, fax or priority mail

• To collect the reports for acceptance it is necessary to present the receipt which is also equivalent to a proxy for collection. The delivery of the report by e-mail (fax – priority mail) may take place upon completion / authorization of the person concerned.
